JOURNEY

Born on an island most people save their whole lives to visit. Two early obsessions: technology, and sport. At twelve, I was downloading Pokémon games, copying them onto blank floppy disks (ask your parents 😊) and selling them in the schoolyard. First product, first customers, first time I felt it: I liked building things that were mine. The instinct never left.
Eighteen, on my own, as far from home as the map allows. I came to study design; life had other courses planned. I freelanced through my studies, then kept clients around a 9-to-5 — invoicing between lectures, delivering on weekends. The schoolyard hustle had become rent money. And somewhere in those seven years, real businesses taught me what no classroom could: the work only counts when it works for someone.
Home, after seven years — same island, different eyes. I joined a museum and cultural institution: my first time inside an organization, where communication answers to protocol, dignitaries visit, and fifty campaigns a year must all sound like one voice. The freelancer learned institutional discipline. Then a fast-growing company came calling, and by 2017 I was its head of growth — a €500K annual media budget, €15M in revenue in two and a half years, and a sold-out 3,000-seat conference where I was a speaker.
I stopped calling it freelancing. The agency went full-time — twenty-plus client portfolios on five continents, most of them seven-figure businesses, a hundred-plus acquisition funnels built. In 2023, ClickFunnels put my name on a gold record: the Two Comma Club, awarded when a single funnel crosses $1M in sales. A decade backstage of real online businesses, and one lesson hardened into a law: growth without structure creates chaos.
September 2024. A landing, not a visit. We left behind an island, an agency, a decade of momentum — a family crossing the world with one-way tickets and a plan. People change best when someone has lived change himself; I'd just signed up for the biggest one of my life. Soon, I was doing in Canada what I'd done everywhere else — leading digital strategy and transformation, now for francophone organizations — building the foundation this move was chosen for.
The National Capital Region, French side — working in both official languages. And the year it all comes together: a Prosci certification caps nine years of change practice, and marketing, communications and AI stop being separate jobs — one discipline, getting people to adopt what's new. Twenty-five years after the schoolyard floppy disks, the instinct is the same: put the system in place, then market it, communicate it, carry people through the change until it's theirs. Today that has a name — digital transformation.

Expertise
Fifteen years of strategy and messaging that move people — customers who buy, employees who change. More than $3M in advertising budgets managed, with returns held above 300%, and a ClickFunnels Two Comma Club award for a single funnel crossing $1M in sales.
Most organizations own more software than they use. I build AI systems and prove them in my own work first — eleven custom workflows that research, write and deliver in both official languages, every day. Then I bring the discipline to teams: fewer tools, one system, actually used.
Nine years on the people side of transformation, Prosci-certified. A bilingual organization moved to a new CRM and digital workspace with near-total adoption in six months — still running today. Three thousand students migrated to new platforms mid-growth. Implementation is the easy half. My work is the half where change sticks.

Approach
No tool, no campaign, no rollout before understanding how the organization actually works and where it hurts.
Dashboards tied to outcomes adoption, conversion, revenue. If a number can't change a decision, I don't report it.
Systems documented, people trained, ownership handed over — so everything keeps running on its own, long after the project ends.
